All orders are processed within 72 hours pending payment verification. Each piece of jewellery comes individually packaged in a lovely gift box. If it is a gift and you do not want a receipt sent with the item, please let us know straight away. After dispatch you will receive an automated email or text notification with tracking so you can monitor your consignment journey. Please note we are not liable for any late deliveries caused by third party courier companies. 

Orders within Australia have free shipping over $100, they are sent via Australia Post Registered Express, with signature required on delivery. We will post internationally to some countries, please contact before purchasing. International orders under $2,000 can be sent via Australia Post International for $50, over $2000 we will send via Australia Post International for no charge. If you would like a quote for DHL please email us with your address. Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes. Please check your countries policies on accepting Jewellery through the mail before ordering. All prices discussed are in Australian Dollars.

Cancellations and Re-directions - Once an order has been sent we are unable to change or cancel the order. Please refer to our returns and exchanges policy.
