All orders are processed within 72 hours pending payment verification. Each piece of jewellery comes individually packaged in a lovely gift box. We never include printed receipts or invoices, so you can safely order gifts to be sent directly to a gift recipient. After dispatch you will receive an automated email or text notification with tracking so you can monitor your consignment journey. Please note we are not liable for any late deliveries caused by third party courier companies. 

Orders within Australia have free shipping over $100 and are always sent with the fastest available courier. International orders are $30 when spending under $100, $50 for orders between $100 and $5000 and over $5000 they are free. They are sent via Australia Post Registered Platinum Express. Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. As the recipient you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes. Please check your countries policies on accepting Jewellery through the mail before ordering. All prices discussed are in Australian Dollars.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email please contact us at enquiries@burlingtonantiques.com.au. We kindly ask our customers to provide correct information as we cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. 

Cancellations and Re-directions - Once an order has been sent we are unable to change or cancel the order. Please refer to our returns and exchanges policy.
